Big B's Brisket Rub
Big B's Brisket Rub is a simple mix of spices and sugar that bring forward the best flavors of your briskets. Coat the brisket in rub, cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours and you have the base for a great meal. Remember to cook it low and slow (225 degrees max) in either your oven, grill (indirect heat) or smoker for the best of backyard BBQ flavors. Top with your favorite sauce like Sweet Baby Rays (our favorite) for a dish that will make you look like a star! You can also use this on pork, chicken, veggies or whatever you like.
