Lemon & Lime

We set out to develop a dry rub that would mimic the ceviche that we love so much. The Lemon & Lime rub is truly a dry version of that classic with all natural lemon and lime powders and spices that bring you a citrus and herb experience like none other on the market.  Sprinkle or coat your fish or chicken before pan frying, baking, or grilling for a powerful punch of citrus on the palate.  Try marinating white fish for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator and then pan fry for the basis of a rocking good fish taco.  Top with slaw and aioli in a warm tortilla. Yumm!
